After Isabel in 2003 and being in the dark for 8 days my wife insisted we get a generator, she didn't care where or how.

The best money she ever made me spend was with you! You guys showed up on my radar and delivered a solid solution. We've had numerous power outages of several hours since installation, but with Hurricane Irene's impact our generator has been running for 81 hours now non-stop.

Our central air, hot water heater, and all other "essentials" as we defined for your team are online and working.

All our requirements were discussed and the technician showed great knowledge, answering all our questions. He gave us a clear and objective estimate, and explained in detail how the service would be performed, what precautions would be taken to protect the work area and the deadlines. He also explained the lifetime warranty on their work (something that nobody else offers.)

We decided to hire Sherwin, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The work was performed much faster than expected, efficiently and neatly, and with a smile, and the technician was very respectful of our residence, being careful to do a minimal amount of damage to walls and ceiling to run wires and always cleaning up after himself. The team at Sherwin deserves a special mention. Everybody that we talked to was always very courteous, professional, polite and willing to help, and all our questions and concerns were addressed quickly. After that initial project we already hired Sherwin again for some additional work, and they stood by the quality standard that they set the first time around.
