Sherwin Electrical Services is in its third year raising money to fight breast cancer and we need your help!  Call us for all your electrical service needs during the months of October and November and we will donate 10% of our fee to the fight against breast cancer - in your name.

Nancy Brinker promised her dying sister, Susan G. Komen, that she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer.  In 1982 that promise became Susan G. Komen for the Cure and launched the global breast cancer movement.

Each year our generous customers have helped us raise more and more money for this worthy cause.  The Richmond affiliate has raised over 3.3 million since 1998, with 75% of the money raised staying in the community of Central Virginia. They are currently funding 15 projects totaling over $500,00.00.

Janice Douglas, one of the owners of Sherwin Electrical Services, has decided to take her commitment to the cure a step further this year.  She will be participating in the Breast Cancer 3-Day® walk in Washington D.C. starting on October 9, 2009.  Over a three day period, she will walk 60 miles raising funds for Susan G. Komen for the Cure breast cancer research. She believes that "Everyone deserves a Lifetime!"
